We will keep physical samples of your designs on file for photographing, portfolio presentation and marketing purposes. This includes using them on social media as well as our website.
There will be nothing with your address or contact details shown on these sites, presented in our portfolio or on social media unless your prior permission has been granted.
We will not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.
Sharing your personal data:
On occasion, we may have to share your personal data with third parties for the purpose of outsourcing elements of our service, this may include:
- Third parties who are used to produce some of our finished products, eg. printing companies.
- Courier companies we use to deliver our products.

We will retain your information for the duration that we provide you with our services.
All emails will be deleted within 12 months of completion of the final job.
In line with tax regulations, Invoices will be kept for 7 years and will retain name/s only.
